HUBUNGAN FAKTOR IBU TERHADAP KEPATUHAN IMUNISASI DASAR

Based on data collected at the Lelogama Community Health Center in Amfoang District, it was found that the working area has 26 integrated health service posts with a total of 208 mothers and infants aged 9–24 months. However, field survey findings show that some mothers do not routinely bring their children for immunizations according to the recommended schedule. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal factors and compliance with basic immunizations. The research design used in this study was cross-sectional. The research was conducted at the Lelogama Community Health Center. The research was conducted in October 2024. The population consisted of all mothers who had infants aged 9-24 months. The sample consisted of 70 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate methods. The results showed a relationship between maternal education (p value: 0.04) and maternal age (p value: 0.00) with immunization compliance. It is recommended that mothers of toddlers understand the importance of immunization for their babies' health now and in the future, especially in relation to diseases whose risks can be minimized by immunization.
