ANALISIS SISA MATERIAL KONSTRUKSI PADA PROYEK PERUMAHAN VILA SAUDARA BUKIT TENGAH KECAMATAN SIULAK KABUPATEN KERINCI PROVINSI JAMBI

Sisa material konstruksi merupakan salah satu bentuk pemborosan yang berdampak langsung terhadap efisiensi biaya dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Material menyumbang 40 60% dari total biaya proyek, sehingga pengelolaannya harus dilakukan secara cermat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi jumlah serta biaya sisa material pada Proyek Pembangunan Perumahan Vila Saudara Bukit Tengah di Kecamatan Siulak, Kabupaten Kerinci, Provinsi Jambi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung dan dokumentasi lapangan serta data sekunder dari gambar shop drawing dan laporan pembelian material. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sisa material konstruksi menghasilkan kerugian senilai Rp 4.676.862 atau sebesar 8,84% dari total biaya material. Material yang paling banyak mengalami sisa adalah pasir dan bata merah. Penyebab utama terjadinya sisa material adalah perencanaan kebutuhan yang kurang akurat, kelebihan pembelian, dan kurangnya pengawasan penggunaan di lapangan. Disarankan agar manajemen proyek menerapkan sistem pencatatan harian dan pelatihan pekerja untuk meminimalisir sisa materia.
