Developments in the livestock sector in Indonesia have been very rapid. Several types of livestock have been cultivated well and optimally. The problem that arises is that the process of printing animal feed uses manual methods or human power which is less effective. A pellet printing machine is a tool for making fish food or pellets using machine power. Assembly is the process of arranging and combining component parts into a tool or machine with a certain function. This assembly work is known to start from an object that is ready to be installed, and is said to be complete or finished when it has been completely combined. Apart from that, assembly can also be defined as a combination of one part with another part or pair. Therefore, the aim of this final project report is to understand the process of assembling a fish pellet machine. Based on the fish pellet machine assembly process, it can be concluded that the fish pellet molding machine assembly process can be used and there are several problems with inconsistencies in assembling the fish pellet molding machine, such as broken meat grinder shafts, nuts and bolts that are not tight enough, the v-belt is not enough tight and so on. There are several discrepancies, but they do not reduce the performance of the fish pellet machine and the machine can work optimally.
