MENYELAMI CAKRAWALA OTAK: JEJAK NEUROSAINS DALAM RIMBA PENDIDIKAN

Artikel ini membahas keterkaitan antara ilmu neurosains dan dunia pendidikan dalam upaya membangun pendekatan pembelajaran yang ilmiah, humanistik, dan kontekstual. Neurosains sebagai ilmu tentang cara kerja otak memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami bagaimana manusia belajar secara kognitif, emosional, dan sosial. Artikel ini menelusuri kontribusi neurosains dalam merancang desain pembelajaran berbasis otak (brain-based learning), meluruskan mitos-mitos populer yang keliru tentang otak (neuromitos), serta mengulas tantangan epistemologis, bias ilmiah, dan keterbatasan dalam implementasi konsep-konsep neurosains di lapangan. Selain itu, artikel ini juga mengangkat pentingnya integrasi neurosains dengan pendidikan Islam melalui pendekatan spiritual dan etis yang berakar pada nilai-nilai wahyu. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur, artikel ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara ilmu neurosains dan nilai-nilai pendidikan yang holistik dapat membuka cakrawala baru dalam membangun sistem pendidikan yang adil, adaptif, dan memanusiakan.
