PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA DAN PEMADAM KEBAKARAN KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS

This study examines the effect of competence and supervision on the performance of employees in the Civil Service Police and Fire Department Musi Rawas Regency. This research method uses questionnaire method, namely competency questionnaire, supervision questionnaire and employee performance questionnaire using SPSS 20.
Based on the results of the t test can be explained as follows: that the competency variable (X1) on the performance of employees in the Musi Rawas District Civil Service Police and Fire Department shows a value of t = 2.077 greater than the value of t table, 2,000 with a significant level = 0,000 <(α) 0.05, df (n-2) 50 - 2 = 48 is 2.077, this shows Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and partially the competency variable has a significant influence on the performance of employees of the Civil Service Police and Fire Department of Musi Rawas Regency
Based on the results of the t test above it can be explained as follows: that the supervision variable (X2) on the performance of employees in the Musi Rawas District Civil Service Police and Fire Department shows the value of t count = 4.723 is greater than the value of t table, 2,000 with a significant level = 0.000 <( α) 0.05, df (n-2) 50 - 2 = 48 is equal to 4.723, this shows Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and partially the supervisory variable has a significant influence on the performance of the staff of the Civil Service Police and Musi Rawas District.
The results of the study using the SPSS 20 test were obtained df = n-2-1 = 50-2-1 = 47, so that the value of Ftabel was 3.17 while the Fcount value was 40.929 with sig 0.000 Fcounting ≥ Ftable so Ha was received and Ho rejected, then it can be concluded that competence and supervision have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Musi Rawas District Civil Service Police and Fire Department
